What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this website, EcoPest collects the name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message you submit. Server-side, we also log the IP address and the country code of the request, which Cloudflare provides automatically.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to scope a service, and to follow up. We do not use this information to send marketing or to share with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to support the resulting service relationship, and is reviewed periodically for deletion of records no longer needed.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email ecopest@mweb.co.za.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set on this site.
